A Few More Beauty Tips

I thought I had 12 more beauty tips (see my first rate here!) - there is nothing better than learning a new trick or technique to add to your beauty routine! Here is a few old staples, new discoveries and quick fixes that I've picked up!

1. Use a light to see how much product remains in opaque bottles, which works like a treatment on the Oskia Renaissance Cleanser!

2. Watch your cheek color when you are blushed to find your perfect blush shadow.

3. Place a towel under the handles of your makeup brush while they dry. I angle myself fairly high, so if any water has worked its way into the ferrule, it should simply leak again to stop damage to the glue and extend the life of the brushes!

4. Blow your hair over. Flip your hair over and dry for maximum volume, keeping the hair dryer constantly in motion to reduce / minimize heat damage.

5. Pay attention to the small picture of the pot on the back of your makeup / skincare packaging, it should be the number of months that it lasts once (eg 12M).

6. Decide for a natural lip balm - taking into account the fact that we are likely to take lots of lip balm, especially in the colder months, it is best to keep things natural! Love EOS Lip Balm.

7. While applying a second layer of Polish, pass the brush along the very top of the nail to seal in color for a longer lasting mani.

8. Use a jade roller or try facial yoga for improved blood circulation and elasticity.

9. Place you want to make up in acrylic storage, making it easy to see and achieve.

10. Keep Q tips and micellar water close to hand to eliminate any errors, great for liner and eyelashes stains!

11. Sit on your elbow, while the liquid liner for a steady hand.

12. Keep your iPhone clean. Touch your phone and then your face / talking on the phone can increase the chances of the outbreaks, it is best to keep it as clean as possible!
